Actress Funke Akindele who was the running mate of PDP governorship candidate in Lagos state, Abdulazeez Adediran, has deleted all posts relating to politics and the PDP on her Instagram page.
The veteran has deleted all political posts concerning herself and her principal, Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran also known as Jandor after they contested under the People’s Democratic Party for governor and deputy governor positions in Lagos state.
Funke’s action comes hours after she lost her polling unit 019, Ita Aro square, Àga/Ijimu ward in Ikorodu, in the 2023 gubernatorial elections to the Lagos State incumbent governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
