Flag-off construction of 1000M Walkway
The Deputy Speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly and member representing Ilaje Constituency 1, Rt. Hon. (Prince) Abayomi Akinruntan has commenced distribution of class room furniture (chairs, desks and tables) and also the flag-off of the construction of 1000M walkway in Erunna communities.
This @WorldBank assisted programme through The Ondo State Community and Social Development Agency facilitated by Rt. Hon. Akinruntan under the Nigeria Covid-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (NG-CARES) Programme is to encourage learning activities and support the Ondo State Government efforts in revamping the education sector of the state.
Community members of Erunna have also heaved a sigh of relief following the flag-off of wooden walkway to ease intra-community movement as Rt. Hon. Akinruntan promised not to relent on effort to bring more democratic goodies to the people in the riverine axis.
Committee and community leaders in Erunna led by Hon. Adewale expressed heartfelt gratitude for timely intervention and execution of these projects noting its communal importance.
