Mixed reactions have started pouring in as reports making the rounds online disclosed that Fathia Williams and her ex-husband, Saidi Balogun are set to re-marry.
On September 7, 2000, Faithia Zenabu Williams, who had just started her career in Nollywood, married Saidi Balogun (also known as Saheed Balogun) in Lagos.
Saidi Balogun and Fathia Williams are blessed with children while they were married namely, Khalid Balogun and Aaliyah Balogun.
The estranged couple split in 2008 with accusations of battery and infidelity, Saheed Balogun saying that only two of their three kids were his.
Following their split, the duo unfollowed each other on social media platforms and even ignored each other at events.
However since 2022, the duo have started getting closer to themselves as they both celebrate themselves on their birthdays.
They were also spotted together while drumming support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during the campaign period.
However, a Twitter user identified as A.Ayofe in a highly engaging post reported that Fathia and Saidi Balogun are set to re-marry.
He tweeted; “BREAKING 💥 Actress Faithia Williams And Saheed Balogun Set To Re-marry ❣️❣️.”
