The Labour Party has designated Peter Obi as its candidate for the 2027 Presidential ticket, and has granted Governor Otti of Abia State the opportunity to consider running for the position before it is made available to others.
The decision was announced in a statement following the party’s National Convention in Nnewi, Anambra State, on Wednesday.
