Nigerian rapper, Falz once again has slammed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) chairman, Mahmood Yakubu over the conduct of the 2023 election.

Falz in a tweet he shared claimed that Yakubu used the N300 billion budgeted for the election to carry out a “selection” process. He added that the money could have been used for infrastructure.

He tweeted;“Make we no forget say over 300 BILLION Naira wey fit build beta infrastructure, Mr Yakubu use am conduct Selection.”

Meanwhile, in a recent video released by Folarin Falana, Falz, and his colleague, Vector, have made a mockery of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, following the outcome of the February 25, 2023, presidential election.

The singers in the new song insinuated that Mahmood exhibited fraudulent behaviours during the just concluded general election.

In the lyrics of the song, Falz, and Vector also captured some of the excuses the electoral umpire gave on reasons the presidential election results were not uploaded in real-time on its portal.

Some irregularities on the part of security operatives during the election were also acted out in the music video.
