The management of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Ijagun, Ogun State, has ordered the immediate closure of the institution over a clash between the students and residents of the community.
The management of TASUED announced the closure of the institution and ordered the students to go home till peace would be restored, following the clash between host community and students
A memo was sent in that effect which reads;
If your ward/child/children is/are student(s) of TAI SOLARIN UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION (TASUED), call them home immediately.
Let them return home immediately as the school has been shut down indefinitely due to the clash between the host community & the students
Please, ensure you do the needful immediately and make them return back home now!
